It appears that conntrack-tools 1.4.8 switched to xz compressed tarballs but
downloads web page
(https://netfilter.org/projects/conntrack-tools/downloads.html) stil names it "
conntrack-tools-1.4.8.tar.bz2" even though it links to "
conntrack-tools-1.4.8.tar.xz"
