Oh sorry. I already fixed it. Now I'm using iptables v1.4.21.
The "solution" was to load the "nf_conntrack_ipv4" module. Up to kernel 4.3.0
it was loaded automatically and from kernel 4.3.1 it wasn't anymore.

So I'm resolving this "bug" as invalid.
