Yes, this applies to 2.6.31 at least. Maybe even 2.6.18, but I don't sure: I
cannot make kdump work in CentOS 5 (didn't really tried) or save panic message,
but it sometimes (once per 2-4 months) experiences mysteryous panics on same
workload.

I don't know how exactly reproduce it. Just put as many clients traffic as you
can and wait.... Probably in next couple of weeks I'll start experiments with
new hardware and newer kernels (Debian's 3.2 from stable or 3.9 from
backports).
