I've just created an account on bugzilla.netfilter.org to report a minor
inappropriate-type function in conntrack-tools/src/conntrack.c but I have no
permission to create a bug for the conntrack-tools product.  It looks like I
have the ability to create new bug reports in other products.

I would like permission to create a new bug report in conntrack-tools.
