iptables-1.3.7: ip6tables-save, ip6tables-restore and their manual pages will
not compile and install because of bad Makefile.

These targets miss in EXTRAS and EXTRA_INSTALLS. But they are assigned to
EXTRAS_EXP and EXTRAS_INSTALLS_EXP targets which are not used anymore.
