I am using Fedora Core6 test3 ... the following doesn't work 

iptables -I PREROUTING -t nat -i eth0 -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to 3128

while the same setup on CentOS 4.4 iptables 1.2.11 the same script works 
great...
