[Bug 318] masq fails on existing connection using marks and iproute2 source routing

I apologize for the lack of response.

This turned out to be a kernel 2.6 minor version problem.
I experienced the problem beginning with 2.6.10.  I don't know at exactly
what point it was fixed, but beginning with my upgrade to 2.6.14 the issue
went away.
