You won't see the port you redirect to...only the 'fake' port -- so seeing 80 is
ok.  

Please configure the REDIRECT variant, reboot your box to clean out
/proc/net/ip_conntrack, attempt a connect, then send the output from:

iptables -t nat -nvL
