[netfilter-announce] [RELEASE] Perlipq 1.24

This is to announce the release of Perlipq 1.24, a Perl extension to
iptables userspace queuing (libipq).

Since the last release, support has been added for the new ipq_read()
timeout feature in libipq.

Perlipq may be downloaded from:
