Doubt about FTP

I have a Gateway based on linux and behind this a I
have a IIS in a WIndows 2003 Server, the IIS is
working fine, but the FTP is not working.

and when I put the WIndows 2003 out of the gateway, it
works fine.

S I think my problem is on my firewall (iptables)

What can I do to liberate the FTP??
