cvs problem

[fireball at 4x.ro]

Hell i'm Fire, i am trying to install patch-o-matic and i have a little
problem!

1st i did this
cvs -d :pserver:cvs at pserver.netfilter.org:/cvspublic login

the i enter the passwor: cvs

and i got this response 
cvs [login aborted]: connect to pserver.netfilter.org(213.95.27.115):2401
failed: Connection refused

pls help me with this problem
