Blocking NAT-ed packets

My name is Liviu Pop and i am from Bucharest, Romania.

I have 2 big questions, and i didn't find any answer
about this:

1.How can i block NAT-ed packets from a router behind
my firewall/router?

2.How can i pass a firewall that block NAT-ed packets?
