VPN server

I installed VPN server on fedora core 3 .
I don't need any advanced features , I want use an external radius only.how can I configure pppd or pptpd for use of authenticate and accounting features on external radius.
my user exist on LAN and there is no any modem connection, now I want configure VPN server that all users connect to my network through VPN connection .
how?
