How to download POM-ng these days?

Alternatively, you can use svn to download the latest version:

svn co https://svn.netfilter.org/netfilter/trunk/patch-o-matic-ng

This should fetch you the latest version on a linux machine. Not sure
how you owuld do this on a window machine though.
