It was my mailserver, my apologies for that.

I used spamassassin/procmail to sort out spam and i had a mistake in
master.cf.

Any mail to the list with a 2nd recipient was sent again...
(some sort of relaying i didn't realize)

Again, sorry for that. I will test any changes in configuration much
better in the future.
