Asante FR3004 C as a firewall

Hello! everyone

I am planning to use Asante FR3004C as a NAT/Router
firewall as a first line of defense for protecting a
couple of computers running the following applications
on it:
~MySql database
~Apache Webserver running SSL on it
~RHL 7.1 running wuftp ftp server
~Matlab Webserver

Please let me have your candid views on this product
if anyone has tried it or heard about it.
