Logging IP options and TCP flags

Hey ya'll,
Could someone please tell me all the possible string values that iptables
logs may contain for IP options and TCP flags? An example of an IP option
would be "DF" or Don't Fragment. An example of a TCP flag would be "ACK" or
Acknowledgment. So, what are all the possible string values for these two
optional fields in iptables logs?
