matching a range of addresses

hi

Wondering what the behaviour of netfilter is when specifying a range of
addresses.

For eg -s 192.168.10.96/27 matches what ip addresses?

192.168.10.96 - 192.168.10.127 (which is what I want) or not?

If not do I specify just that range?
