Simple questions!!!!!

Hi everybody,

1: Can I take the incoming packet to the userspace? How through QUEUE isnt it??

2: Can i change the packet concerning destination and source addresses and reinject the modified packet?

3: If yes where should i do it? In PREROUTING chain or INPUT chain???
