There are few modules which are commercial, even object code only...
And, kernel module is not independent application, so (IMHO) it may
be not GPLed (there are few which use BSD-like license).
May be I am wrong, but if it is possible to use any kind of license
for Linux apps, why it shouldn't be possible for modules as well? :)
