i'm not sure if thats hapenning with our pc.. we have cards with 
8139too, tulip, tlan, eepro100 & de4x5 modules & now its hapenning with 
all the 3 server v have !.. moreover i have NOT done any extra or left 
any configuration while compliling kernel( i cross checked that).. but 
still...i have now used a fresh eepro100 but the annoying information 
still pops up my screen & syslog...

any help welcome...
