Planning to release iptables-1.2.4

This is not really a bug report, more of a question I came accross
when trying to answer the person looking for server load balancing
with server affinity:

Where did the BALANCE target go to in current CVS ? I can't find
a trace of it in patch-o-matic, not in any recent kernels (2.4.12).
AFAIK there is also no mention of it disappearing in the
netfilter-devel archives.

Looking for this target, I stumbled upon libipt_BALANCE.c in an
extensions/ directory. I assume this directory is used for writing
matches & targets...
