hi,
i want to setup a firewall with transparent squid on the same box;
in the "transparent proxy with linux and squid mini-howto" is a
sample-rule that makes this work, but only when the default policies
from input, forward and output is set to accept;
this is not that what i want, my default policies are set to drop
anything and now i must make rules one by one to accept each service i
want;
all services are working, but dont know to make my webtraffic
transparent at this point;
does anyone have a similar working szenario ?
or can anyone give me some useful hints to manage the problem ?
thx alex
