H.323/M$ netmeeting and netfilter

	Has anyone had success passing H.323 traffic through
netfilter and MASQ?  Outbound works great, but simple port forwarding
of inbound ports doesn't seem to be getting the job done.  There's
a privately addressed M$ box running netmeeting behind a 2.4.5 kernel
netfilter firewall with a single public address.  Any experiences or
recommendations would be great.  Getting it working would be 
a slight priority over high security since this is just a home 
network.  Thanks,
