Have a nice day and nice time
=============================

For Project Students, Others Please kindly omit this
====================================================
Dear student
 Please try to present a description about your project in 5 minutes. You will be questioned on the basis of that. Also you should be able to explain any part of your project report as demanded by the external examiner. If you are part of a big project, then you should be able to explain the project in full and your participation in that(the module that you had done). You should be tension free. Whatever you say on the basis of that information the external may question you. So be careful. Dont present more or Dont present less. Particularly, you may question on the concepts that you have learnt in your MCA course(in the 5 semesters). This means, the external may query on the basic concepts. He may ask this in relation to the work done by you.

To provide an example, Consider the following situation.
Suppose you may using sqlserver or oracle or ingress or some RDBMS as backend.
He may ask you to show the data dictionary used by you in the project work. You may be asked to explain that. In the course of your explanation, he may intervene and ask, "have you applied normalization". You may be saying "yes" or "no". If you say "yes", he may ask, "what is normalization", "how many normal forms are there", "explain using the data dictionary you have used".
Of course, the above one is an example. There are many things like this, that could be related to the basic concepts you have studied in your MCA theory paper.
So be prepared, it is like convincing people. Some people may get convinced, but for example, people like me are hard to convince. So prepare yourself communicate well.
Above everything, Believe in god and your work. Be positive and Bold. But when explaining be polite. He may ask you iritating questions, put a smile. But dont laugh.

Above all be present at the right time, 9am in the morning with your
        PROJECT RECORD/THESIS

Bring your copy of the project record.

Wishing you Best of Luck................

for M batch it is on 16th, 9am (morning)

for N batch it is on 17th, 9am (morning)
