ip/netmask parsing error?

  Hi Guys:

   o RH 7.1 / kernel 2.4.6-ac1 / iptables June 10 cvs 

   o I noticed that if I DROP things like:

     ... -s X.X.224/19 -j DROP   -> problem.

     They seem to get misparsed into X.X.0/19. 

     ...  -s X.X.224.0/19 -j DROP works fine.
  
     This is an example only, it seems to be a problem for anything where the 
     full quad is not explicitly spelled out.
