What's so hard to simply ask your favourite search engine for
"linux isdn tcpdump packets patch". I searched with google.de and
got an email reference as my 5th hit. This email contains a link
to patches (http://uwsg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/net/9910.1/0023.html).

However, before you ask such easily answerable questions, please
ensure that	a) you've got a *recent* version of the program
		b) you've searched the web intensively and couldn't
		   find any reference.

That would help alot to keep noise low...
