Strange effect

I cannot contact www.sella.it (a bank), but this site is perfectly =
reachable using other way.
I've done some test:I've browsed to www.sella.it using samspade.org safe =
browser, and I saw the page.
After that I'm switched to another provider, but the site was still =
unreachable.
I'm connected a modem to a win98 pc and the site (using the same =
providers) is visible.
So I think the problem is in the linux pc.
Because I'm using a proxy I've tried overriding it (using telnet =
www.sella.it 80)but the result is the same:the connection timed out.
No problem with other sites... How to investigate?
