Oracle & IPTABLES

Hi All,

I'm supposed to install a firewall between a public server running W2000, IIS and (oh my goodness!) MS SQL Server and the internal network. The ORACLE database updates the SQL-Server database. The connection to the internet is made by a Lucent Call Pipe Router that does the masquerading part.

Are there any known problems forwarding ORACLE port 1525? I searched the archives but couldn't find anything ... which doesn't necessarily mean there aren't any :-)
