Additional info: The windows box is running WinNT 4.0 SP 6 and the NIC is a 3Com 3c905B-TX with, I believe, the most recent drivers. You can telnet out from the windows box to the external machines. Other computers on the internal network can connect to the web server. This machine is also DNAT'd thru a FW-1 to the internet and everyone can access the web server.
