  Now, just think as a list owner. 2000 subscribers. 1k message costs
2M bytes to send. Your message was over 2k (plain text), so should cost
4 M. The HTML version _can_ double the cost, even triple (remember those 
clients that send plain text + HTML). Oh, that small message cost 12M
to be sent..... Now imagine that other subscribers want to send mails to
the list too .... (Uh, I almost forget, there is the traffic of the smtp
protocolo too, it is low, but when the multiplier is high ....)

  Not everyone has lots of megabytes of bandwidth to waste.
