Is there a ip_nat_raudio or ip_nat_irc for iptables ?

It depends. If QuickTime or WMP opens additional connections between
epheremal ports (check this using tcpdump) or does other weird things while
you're using it, then you would need a conntrack/ nat helper. If not, then the
core conntrack code can handle it.
