ow do i open a port for webmin?

I need to open the port 10000 for webmin in my firewall. How can i do that?

ipchains -A good -DMZ -p tcp --sport 10000?

I use ipchains so this is maybe not the place to ask, sorry for that. Is there another forum
for it?
