TCP port redirection.

I asked this list about TCP port redirection for all TCP ports.

I got the answer and I tested it fine.

BUT, someone sent me a warning about me having to use a specific
function to check the actual source and destination IP in the packet.

I lost that email, and I need it.

I did not find it in the netfilter archive, so it was sent to me
directly.  Can everyone check their "sent" folder please :-)
