Static NAT with iptables?

My bad, wasn't specific enough. I want to be able to staticly map
a few class C's without specifically mapping each IP. Is that
possible with new tools?

I need to translate 3 internet routable class C's
to various 172.20.x subnets.

I have it worked out with explicitly mapping each IP, but
I was hoping I could do the entire range.
