Nat -> Untracked Packets dropped

I have noticed lately that I'm encountering a lot of untracked nat
packets being dropped. It occurs mainly when i'm ftp'ing to the linux
box from any other machine.

When connecting, it lags when retrieving directory listings or when its
about to download a file. Download speeds seem to be unaffected once it
starts downloading though.

Some sample output :

NAT: 3 dropping untracked packet c7a74900 6 203.91.66.27 ->
203.91.66.130
NAT: 3 dropping untracked packet c1e966c0 6 203.91.66.27 ->
203.91.66.130
NAT: 3 dropping untracked packet c1e96f00 6 203.91.66.27 ->
203.91.66.130
NAT: 3 dropping untracked packet c7a74d80 6 203.91.66.27 ->
203.91.66.130

Any idea of whats causing this?

I am currently run 2.4.0-test5 with all netfilter compiled into modules.
(tried compiling it into the kernel but get the same occurance).

My linux box has an Intel EEPRO 10/100 card and the rest of the machines
have 10 mbit cards.

Thanks
