You actually have no Idea how difficult it is to do that, do You? It isn't
just a matter of plain NAT - You have to break down the whole H.323 stream
to get a clue what connections are related to it.

At least at the netfitler BOF @ OLS2000 I got the point that we are far 
away from that.
