nf_reinject() and ip_queue -- hmm [found it!]

Hi,

	So, concerning my post(s) (problem reports on ip_queue) here...
	
	Good news. Changes I've implemeted were very simple, though I would like
	to test them more extensively. On my single-CPU	box all my terribles tests
	were passed, now I am testing on double-CPU box.
	
	Strange, but my fix also eliminated past problems (high load case)...

	If everything is OK, I'll post pacth here soon (in less than 20 hours).
