more ports in ip_conntrack_ftp / ip_nat_ftp ?

Hi!

My last patch for ip_conntrack_ftp / ip_nat_ftp sent to this list had a 
bug which caused a kernel panic if You tried to unload the modules. This 
is now fixed.

I'm not sure if I should post a new patch to this list. Rusty said he
doesn't want to integrate it into the main kernel because almost nobody 
is needing that feature.

After I posted the patch to the list I got mail from two people who 
also needed that feature and were lucky that this works now.
