Problems with sending packets to QUEUE

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to netfilter, but wanted to do some processing on packets in
user-space, but when I add a rule for sending packets to target QUEUE, I get
an error.. 'invalid argument' to be precisely...

it looks like this:

[root@faraday /root]# iptables -A INPUT -j QUEUE
iptables: Invalid argument

I've already tried some simple examples and they tend to work okay!!
I'm using netfilter 1.1.7 and kernel 2.3.40...

Does somebody have any ideas why this doesn't work???

Richard
