I have problems with the Logging :

I added a "-j LOG"-Rule at the end of my "ACCEPT"-Rules, so that
everything which is not allowed and tried should be logged .. i added a
kern.* entry in /etc/syslog.conf and restarted everything (even tried it
with a *-entry). And i tried a "-j LOG"-Rule in the beginning of my
fw-script, so that everything should be logged...
but ...

I never get ANY Log-Entry ??

Does anyone know what could be the problem ?

I am using Redhat 6.2 (syslogd/klogd 1.3-3), Kernel 2.3.99pre5 and
iptables 1.0.0
