always get "module is wrong version"

Hallo Marcus,
Chain names are case sensitive, and built-in ones are always all
uppercase by convention. Try "iptables -P INPUT DROP".
Still, the error message "module is wrong version" is bogus and
misleading in that context. We will fix that bug.
