Can't Make iptables 1.0.0

Hi,

When trying to compile iptables 1.0.0 I am getting the following error:

make: *** No rule to make target `include/linux/errno.h', needed by 
`libiptc/libiptc.d'.  Stop.

I am running RH6.2 and Kernel 2.3.99 Pre 3

Any help would be appreciated.
