tos fields in -L -v

I have the following rules for output:
iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 21:23 -t Minimize-Delay
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 8080 -t Minimize-Delay
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 3128 -t Minimize-Delay
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 80 -t Minimize-Delay
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 119 -t Minimize-Cost
iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 20 -t Maximize-Throughput

But `iptables -n -v -L OUTPUT` shows:

Why is tos field an '*'?
