real audio masquerading?

Hello,

I noticed that the ipchains compatiblity module of netfilter
does not support masquerading of real audio connections
like it is done in Linux 2.2.x with the ipv4/ip_masq_raudio.o
module. Is it possible to do this with the native netfilter
mode (ipnatctl/iptables)?
