Kernel 2.3.30

I cannot get netfilter to compile on 2.3.30 unless I copy of the
page_offset.h from another kernel source version.  I got it to compile
when I copied the file over and now when I run this command I get the
following error.

[root@lions netfilter-0.1.12]# ipnatctl -I -o eth0 -b source -m masquerade
setsockopt problem: Protocol not available

Does anyone know how to fix this?
