[netfilter-mirrors] [ADMIN] new 'mirror.netfilter.org' record

Hi!

I've updated our dns zonefile scripts to auto-create an entry
'mirror.netfilter.org' that has one A record for every mirror.  This can
then be used for round-robin dns.

All mirror site admins: Please configure all your http
(www.CC.netfilter.org) mirrors to also respond to the virtual hostname
"mirror.netfilter.org"
