[ANNOUNCE] people.netfilter.org accounts

Hi!

I've finally managed to get durga.netfilter.org runnin, our new
'developer shell account server', where developers of netfilter-related
projects (such as the individual patches in patch-o-matic-ng) can get
shell accounts.  Benefits include
	
	- add netfilter-related content to http://people.netfilter.org/
	- @{people,developers}.netfilter.org email-address (forward,
	  imap in special cases)

Other services such as a system-wide blosxom installation for
netfilter.org developer weblogs will be coming soon.

In this process, I've also moved the current 'public_html' directories
from vishnu to people.netfilter.org.   So if you (like some of our
developers already do) have content there and you want to update it,
please keep in mind it's now ~/public_html on people.netfilter.org.

I've copied all ssh keys, so those who had an account on vishnu should
now be able to log into people.netfilter.org (aka durga.netfilter.org)
without any problems.

If you want to apply for an account (and actually will use it for
something that is related to netfilter/iptables!!!), please send me an
email.
