[ANNOUNCE] ipset-2.2.8

Hi,

This is a bugfix-only release: a nasty off-by-one bug in iptree type of
sets was reported by Pablo Sole. If you use iptree type of sets, please
upgrade the kernel part. There is no need to refresh ipset: the version
was bumped just to note the kernel fix.

The new version is available from http://ipset.netfilter.org or from the
netfilter svn tree, as usual.
