Patch-o-matic hypertext listing for the web site

	V0.1.3 and a sample output file are at 
http://www.stearns.org/pomlist/pomlist.v0.1.3 and  
http://www.stearns.org/pomlist/pom-output.html , respectively.  This 
version has anchors for each suite and patch, allowing you to use urls 
such as:

http://www.stearns.org/pomlist/pom-output.html#extra
http://www.stearns.org/pomlist/pom-output.html#IPV4OPTSSTRIP
http://www.stearns.org/pomlist/pom-output.html#random

	Please let me know if there are changes that would make this 
output useful for the web site.
